Refund & Cancellation
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 6–8 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation may not be possible if:
The order has already been processed.
The order has been communicated to vendors/merchants.
The shipping process has been initiated.
Note: Orders for perishable items such as flowers, food, or similar items cannot be cancelled once processed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 6–8 days of delivery.
After the vendor/merchant verifies the issue, we will process the replacement or refund accordingly.
No action will be taken until the merchant confirms the damage or defect.
3. Product Not as Expected
If you believe the product received is:
Not as described on the website, or
Not meeting your expectations,
please report it to our Customer Service Team within 6–8 days of receiving the product.
Our team will review the issue and take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
4. Products with Manufacturer’s Warranty
For complaints related to products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly as per their terms.
5. Refunds
In cases where a refund is approved by Pediatrician Social Services Society, the amount will be processed within 9–15 business days.
The refund will be made to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.
